Background and Education

Josh was born in Taylor, Texas on August 7, 1976. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin (B.A., with honors, 1998; J.D., 2002). He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and admitted to practice in the United States District Courts, Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Prior to joining the firm, Josh worked for a law firm in Dallas. Prior to that, he clerked on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit for the late Reynaldo G. Garza and Thomas M. Reavley. A resident of Georgetown, Josh works out of the firm's Williamson County office. Josh is an ambassador member of the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce.

Areas of Practice

Josh's areas of practice include general business matters, corporate law, civil litigation and employment law. Josh has represented both small and large businesses in complex commercial litigation, insurance companies in personal injury and product liability litigation, employers in workers compensation claims, and various governmental entities in both litigation and transactional matters.
